I ran 3 miles this morning with no pain in either knee during or after my run! That is the first time that has happened in 6 months!!!! Orthotics are a god-send.
Can't wait to cheer on my mentees in The New Jersey Marathon tomorrow! I'm so proud of all of them. Michael and I will be manning the TNT water stop. I hope it doesn't rain too much.

As much joy as I have received being in my own race, I think I got even more seeing my mentees in the race last weekend. I bet you will have the same feeling today. Have fun, and that is great news about the lack of pain.
PS: for two of my mentees it was their first marathon, and they were so proud. Thanks for mentoring.
I'm so glad the orthodics are working - yay! I hope you didn't get too damp while you were out there cheering.
